We hereby inform that, on July 11th, 2018, the Official Gazette of the Legislative Branch of the State of São Paulo, published the Bill nº 498, 2018 which provides for the requirement of “Compliance” to companies that engage with the Public Administration of the State of São Paulo.
Such requirement proposes great relevance to the market and demonstrates the importance of companies in attempting to implement integrity programs.
The Bill is authored by State Representative, Caio França (PSB).
