The advancement of technology added to the adversities faced in recent years has imposed a new scenario for structuring relationships among people. Sharing this innovative awareness, we restructured and, today, we are based in one of the most important architectural developments in the city of São Paulo, Tower Z!!

The project was developed to optimize occupancy and ensure the well-being of users. Located near the CPTM Morumbi train station and Congonhas airport, the project has 38,551.77 m² divided into 20 slabs ranging from 1877 m² to 2300 m² with central core and without interference from columns, which guarantees total flexibility for layout distribution. The tower also has two groups of 6 high-speed elevators each, divided into 2 zones, in addition to 1 service elevator with independent access from the social area and 1 VIP elevator. Tower Z was developed in accordance with the LEED standards of the USGBC, aiming at GREEN BUILDING certification. This means lower operating costs due to water and energy conservation, as well as greater productivity for your employees in a healthier and safer environment.
